Custom AI solutions

Some tasks are too specific for an off-the-shelf AI tool to handle. So we build it: an assistant or an automation tailored to your field, your language and the process you actually have, rather than the one a product assumes you have.

When off-the-shelf AI tools aren't enough.

Sound familiar?

The same task, again and again

A piece of reviewing or compiling is done by hand many times a month, and it looks the same every time.

The off-the-shelf AI tool does most of it

And the last part is precisely your field, your formats and the exceptions nobody has ever written down.

The quote said six months

A development agency has costed it, and both the time and the budget are more than you can sign up to.

What we help with

Built together with the users

We build in short rounds, and the people who will use the solution try each version on their own work. So it follows the workflow you have, not the one we imagined.

Assistants on your own material

Built on your cases, templates and professional language, so the answers sound like your firm and not like a generic model.

Automating the paperwork

The repetitive work that doesn't need a person: extracting, compiling, drafting and checking against a checklist.

Handover

Code, access and documentation stay with you. You should be able to change supplier without starting from scratch.

What you get

A solution that has been tried by the people who will use it, built for the workflow you actually have, and put in your hands.

A solution built for one task usually beats an AI tool that can do everything. It just has to be small enough to get finished.

Start here

AI prototype

One contained, time-consuming workflow, solved well enough for the users to try it on real data. Then you know whether the full solution is worth the money before you pay for it.

  1. Scoping

We choose one task that hurts enough to be worth solving, and agree what the solution should improve and how we will be able to tell whether it does.

  2. Prototype

Built on real data within weeks and tried by the people who will use it. It is the users who decide whether it is any good.

  3. Decision

If it works, we keep building in short rounds and agree on ownership and operation. If it doesn't, we stop before it gets expensive.

Common questions

How quickly can we see something?

Weeks, not quarters. The first version is deliberately limited. It is there to show whether the idea holds up, not to be finished.

What if the prototype doesn't work?

Then we stop there. It is cheaper to find out in week three than in month eight, and that is the whole reason for building it first.

Do we own what you build?

Yes. Code, prompts and documentation stay with you, and the handover is agreed up front rather than at the end.
